Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Proactive Labs, we want your order experience to feel simple, clear, and easy to follow.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that we do not guarantee same-day shipping. During high-volume periods, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location, carrier movement, and seasonal shipping volume.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package along the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an address is inaccurate, incomplete, or missing important details, it may delay order processing or delivery. Proactive Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow time for carrier tracking to update.

If your order has not been delivered within 25 days after your order ships, please contact us at support@proactivepillow.com so we can review the status and help with the next step.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages, depending on the items purchased and fulfillment timing.
